EL7047-9014 | Stepper motor terminal with incremental encoder, STO and vector control, 50 V DC, 5 A

The EL7047-9014 EtherCAT Terminal is intended for stepper motors in the medium performance range. The PWM output stages cover a wide range of voltages and currents. Together with two inputs for limit switches, they are integrated in the EtherCAT Terminal. The EL7047-9014 can be adjusted to the individual motor and application by changing just a few parameters. The terminal is ideal for closed-loop control of the AS2000 stepper motors, which are equipped with a torsion-proof, integrated encoder (1024 inc/rev). In combination with a ZB8610 fan cartridge, the terminal can be operated with higher output currents (in continuous operation at full load). The EL7047-9014 enables the implementation of an STO (Safe Torque Off) safety function corresponding to a Cat. 3 PL d safety level according to DIN EN ISO 13849-1:2015.
